Heavy-duty Aluminum steamer Ideally used to Make Idlis, Dhokla, dumplings and more, anywhere, anytime. It's a stovetop model.

  • Ideal for Restaurant kitchen, Outdoor Catering, Grocery shops, and Caterers.
  • Just pour water, heat up Aluminium Box on the stove, and have instant steam for cooking Fresh steaming Idli's or Dhokla or anything else you want to steam cook.
  • Our Idli Steamer is made of heavy-duty Aluminum and comes with 9 Aluminum Idli Trays.
  • Each tray can make 12 pieces of 3" Wide Idli's. At a time you can make up to 108 idli.
  • Another great use of this steamer is to make "Khaman Dhokla". You can use the same steamer for "Khaman" by buying optional Rectangle Trays.
  • You can also make mini Idli's.
  • We do sell the mini idli trays and Dhokla trays separately and perfectly fit in our box.
